Authentication is enforced using secure access controls and user access levels, with the app returning only the shipping rate data that each user is authorized to see. User credentials and identity management are handled by the broader authentication system, with no plaintext personal data stored in this API.

Data Displayed in the App
The data shown within this application originates from internal shipping rate sources maintained by the RateBot team. It includes ocean freight rate records, ports, carriers, validity dates, and other logistics data. This data is:
— Managed and updated by authorized data owners and refreshed automatically from Google Sheets.
— Presented as read-only through the API — users cannot modify the source data via this app.
— Intended solely for internal operational and rate lookup use.
If the displayed data contains any personal information, that information is handled according to the organization's internal data protection policies and applicable privacy laws.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to any third parties. This application has no third-party integrations, advertising SDKs, or analytics services.
Security
Although the app does not collect user data, we take reasonable steps to secure access to the application and the data it displays:
